1 cup olive oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup seasoned crumb paste
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 large pits to marble with fresh mint leaves
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar, seasoned crumb paste, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and garlic; season with pepper. Saute, stirring often, until mixture is barely holding together. Deflate the mixture, and allow it to cool.
Stir the pepper mixture into the assembled ingredients. Rub the mixture into the grille, and bring the heat to medium-high. When the mixture thickens to the consistency of thick sauce, reduce heat to medium-low and give the mixture 2 minutes. Stir in the mint leaves.
