Lemon Goblet with Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 (4.5 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup dried apricot seeds

1/4 teaspoon salt

black pepper to taste

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

3/4 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup walnuts

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and spinach tilapia in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in milk, apricot seeds, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer one layer of spinach, one layer of eggs, one layer of flour, one layer of remaining flour, one layer of dried apricot seeds, and three layers of spinach. Sprinkle tops of ramekins with 2 teaspoons of lemon peel.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until set in center. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Unmold ramekins onto baking sheet.
