6 ounces boneless, skinless ham
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small yellow pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup ranch-style dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the ham, mushrooms, mushrooms, and pepper in a medium saucepan, and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon zest, and salt. Mix well and reserve.
Dissolve the ranch-style dressing in the mayonnaise. Mix in lemon zest, reserving one cup of the dressing. Spread mixture over ham mixture, and sprinkle cheese over all.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until ham mixture is bubbly.
