1 (1 ounce) package chicken salad mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 (1 ounce) package instant Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon dry mustard
Combine chicken salad mix, mayonnaise, bell pepper, parsley, paprika and dressing mix in large bowl. Mix with hands until just blended. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Dip bell pepper and parsley into mayonnaise mixture. Heat oil in bottom of large skillet or wok or skillet over high heat. Fry bell pepper and parsley in oil for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
