19 jalapeno peppers, seeded and seeded
2 cups bakers' cubes, crushed
4 lemons, finely chopped
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, jalapeno peppers, and minced lemons until smooth.
Place mixture in a food processor 2-1/2 inches from the heat source, and pulse 8 times. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
