2 slices bacon
1 medium potato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
3 large jalapeno peppers, seeded and halved
8 ounces diced tomato, diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms, sliced
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease, and crumble. Stir in potato, onion, jalapeno, tomato, cream cheese, cheese, mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring every 5 minutes.
