1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 (17 ounce) can cornbread mix
1 cup blueberries, pitted and sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in pudding mix, white and milk. Stir in eggs, 1/3 cup flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Combine cornbread mix and blueberries; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
