1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese density
1 cup milk
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1 pint vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until frosted. Mix in the milk and corn syrup. Mix until smooth. Mix in the sugar and shortening. Mix in the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the pecans and stir mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well mixed. Fill pie crust with whipped topping.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking, stirring, until filling is set. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
