I remember following this recipe as a child and loving it! So simple too! I did make alterations when I made the cake, such as using rice cakes or almond cups, and I would definitely make it again. Thanks for a great recipe!

I'm going 4 stars due to ease, and the fact that I had all the ingredients. I didnt have time to make everything on site, so how would I know what to look for? Im not a very good cook, and Im afraid I'll be doing worse next time. GUESS WHAT JUST CAME OUT...

Really good and very easy. You should take a moment to let the glaze set in the fridge before putting it into your dishes. I used Mr. Chikalin's glaze recipe and it was good but not quite enough for me. I would recommend using Adams Rum rather than white but it was still very good.
