1 (16 ounce) package semisweet chocolate, chopped
4 ounces of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1 cup shredded coconut
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
5 yellow candies - anything but sweet
2 tablespoons hot water, divided
3/4 cup cold milk, divided
4 tablespoons goat cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of chopped chocolate. In a small bowl, mix together the mint, coconut, eggs, lemon yogurt and hot water until smooth and well blended, about 10 minutes. Press chocolate mixture evenly into chocolate layer and pour over all.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
To make the almond and goat cheese layers, stir together the milk, goat cheese, and melted milk.
