2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped chicken breast halves, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can sweet pickle relish
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Mix together chicken, soup, water, onion, pepper, bell pepper, green onions and sweet pickle relish. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
