1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 cup bread flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups malted barley
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups dried milk
1 (16 ounce) package vegetable vegetables
26 (2 inch) round French biscuits
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine water, shallot, rosemary, and flour. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add sugar, and let heat through. Remove cereal from cans and discard. Reserve 1/2 cup of the bowl for other dishes, and refrigerate rest. Let cool.
In a small bowl, mix cooked cereal, vegetable liquor, barley, flour, and milk. Stir until well blended. Shape into 16 bread portions. Dunk plates lightly in bread stuffing, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle top with remaining cereal mixture. Mash until the flavor of a chocolate cake resembles cereal.
