I ended up throwing everything in the freezer for a bit longer than the 1 hour limit due to technicalities with the dough. I think I'll make this again.

I made these for a baby shower, and my daughter liked them so much, she brought some home and didn't return the rest, so I wrote this review. I followed the recipe exactly, except I added a tsp or so of vanilla and I didn't add the eggs...just a sprinkle of cinnamon. I was surprised how good this was with the eggs, and I might try it with the whites next time. The only changes I made was that I added about 1/4 c chopped walnuts, and I omitted the baking powder, and I substituted brown sugar for half the sugar. I baked in a 13x9 baking dish, sprayed the butter with cooking oil, then sprinkled the dry ingredients in the eggs and topped the yolk with 1/4 c of the whites. Mine didn't set at all, so I ended up cooking the eggs in the microwave for a bit longer than the stated time

I made these exactly as directed and they were delicious. I accidentally put the whole egg in the first 10 minutes after it was cooked so I had to add the egg white, but the good news is that the cinnamon rolls are so light and delicate that I didn't even notice. People who try them may find that the egg is not incorporated as fully as it should be, so I won't be making these again.
