1 (3 pound) fillet salmon
1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green peppers
1/2 cup raisins
1 (8 ounce) carton of frozen reserved tuna, thawed and drained
1 (6 ounce) can diced tomatoes with chopped avocados
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed greens, thawed and drained
1 (24 ounce) can French-style corn
Slice fillet into long, thin strips!
Layer 1/2 of the spinach, celery, peppers, raisins, and corn in one 1/2 cup of tuna. Roll tuna around filling. Place seam side down in freezer. Frost cream cheese ramekins with Filling. Roll cream cheese into ramekins. Insert ramekins into freezer storage bags. Freeze frozen ramekins in freezer at least overnight before serving.
