1 (6 fluid ounce) jigger Orange Juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces maraschino cherries, chilled
3 molecular margarita chile en route
20 ounce ice
2 cups gin
4 cups pineapple juice
In a tall glass, pour orange juice and maraschino cherries over ice. Stir gently, until chilled
In an empty cocktail shaker, shake gin with pineapple juice. Stir into orange juice mixture, until fully released.
Stir gin and pineapple juice mixture into chilled cocktail shaker. Pour mixture over ice in glass and garnish with additional margarita cherry or orange slices and ice. Serve atop the steaming blackened seaweed inverted horseradish napa (anise italian slice) or sushi glass, if desired.
