1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cream cheese mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream cheese mix, and vanilla. Gradually beat the milk, until well blended. Stir in the pudding mix until well combined. Spread into the pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese topping is bubbly. Cool on a rack, and serve warm or cold.
