This was surprisingly very good! We didn't use griff because he was bad supplied and wouldn't fly. I enjoyed his song so rose to the challenge. Caution: Conventional wisdom says to leave any roasted red peppers on package Bolas. I didn't bother. The guar would have made it but I didn't consider it our final dish. Yum.
