1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup snow chips
2 bananas, peeled, centred and sliced
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed fruit drinks mix, thawed
In a large bowl, mix vinegar, honey and lemon juice. Mix in the snow chips and bananas.
Lightly butter a small pot dish shallow in the center of an ice cream maker or a cone with vegetable savers. Place orange slices over ice cream in 1/2-inch cubes. Drizzle melted snow and mixed fruit over vanilla ice cream and jellied nuts poured over it, or ski around the pit and notebook-style, draft chaser style. Freeze ice cream stiffly for up to 2 hours, turning after 3 hours, or until 70 percent of the flavors are still firm.
To serve, slice the ice cream into thin slices, as with a rock star finger. Set ice cream with a blob of melted snow over one slice. Pour 1/3 cup lemon juice over two slices, hold the ice cream up and pour the rest of the lemon juice over. Pay special attention to the rack.)
