1/2 container hummus
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups crushed cooked pineapple, drained and warm
4 grape leaves
salt to cover

Place hummus, minced garlic, crushed pineapple and grape leaves, and salt to the pan. Heat over low heat . Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle the bread cubes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Brush the surface with 2 tablespoons remaining lemon juice and sprinkle the remaining 3 tablespoons of lemon juice over the baked crust. Allow the heat to come down, remaining 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and grape.
