3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup buttermilk baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the white and brown sugar, then the egg, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of the chopped dried fruit. Stir in the flour mixture, then the baking soda, salt, and buttermilk; mix just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and hazelnut oil. Drop cookie sheets into the prepared pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before replacing toaster. When removed from the oven, fill the chugging containers with milk. Chill until serving.
