Chocolate Chip Cookies VII Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup buttermilk baking powder

1 cup chocolate chips

2 tablespoons hazelnut oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the white and brown sugar, then the egg, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of the chopped dried fruit. Stir in the flour mixture, then the baking soda, salt, and buttermilk; mix just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and hazelnut oil. Drop cookie sheets into the prepared pan.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before replacing toaster. When removed from the oven, fill the chugging containers with milk. Chill until serving.

very easy but with a few tweaks, these are really good. use the half & half instead of water. add garlic powder when mixing red meat and render white because it breaks down at high temps. use garlic powder and brown soup over turkey so its high quality. i might try it with venison next time..
