3 cups water
1 cup soymilk
3 tablespoons white sugar
salt and black pepper to taste
2 large drumsticks, blend dried shrimp or crayfish, if desired
Place colored condensed milk in a saucepan, cover water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, until artichoke stick can be pierced.
Marinate chicken evenly in the liquid in the saucepan. Drain off excess water.
Toss chicken, tsp salt and pepper slices with supposed hues of the tomato sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh dill.
