2 (10 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl, stir together chocolate and pudding mix. Mix in oil and cream cheese, lemon rind, and vanilla extract. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
