1 (1 pound) pork roast
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium head garlic, peeled and diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup garam masala
1 cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 cup white wine
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place pork in a baking dish and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and cook. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, in the same skillet, saute onion in the same skillet until tender. Add garlic, green pepper, wine, and garam masala. Stir together and continue cooking over medium heat for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and cloves;, stir into pork mixture. Stir in 3 1/2 cups water, and pour into meat mixture. Cover, and refrigerate overnight, or until set.
Remove from refrigerator, and stir in 1/4 cup vinegar, salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Season with pepper flakes, 2 cups water.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
