Carrots with Peanuts Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup imitation crabmeat

1/2 cup sliced celery

2 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cubed

2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed beef soup

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the imitation crabmeat, celery and carrots.

In a large bowl, combine the beef soup and celery mixture. Mix well and place the carrots in the bowl. Form the mixture into patties and place in the freezer 10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.

I added taco meat and sour cream. Disappeared quickly. First time I used dried peppers. I left the caps on because I was afraid they'd pull right out accidentally. I'll be making this again.
