1 (1 pound) package dried pineapple
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Cool until ready to use. Spread mixture in a 1-quart casserole dish. Layer 1 layer of dry ingredients, 1 layer of creamed cream cheese, 1 layer of salt and 1 layer of pineapple. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until set in center. Let cool. Cut into wedges and serve.
