1 (4 pound) whole chicken
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 ounce) package chicken broth
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can sliced pepperjack cheese
1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, instant rice, chicken broth, chicken, mushrooms, mushrooms, sliced mushrooms, pepperjack cheese, chicken broth, sugar, olive oil, salt, black pepper and chicken. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from oven and cool completely.
