Yum-Yum-Yum-Yum Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

6 medium candied baked potatoes

1/2 cup raisins

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup flaked coconut

1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

The important thing to remember is to peel potatoes and dry them out. Grease a 9x13 inch dish.

Mix together the butter, raisins, brown sugar, and coconut. Sprinkle evenly over baked potatoes.

Proceed to boil on medium heat for eight minutes, then lower heat to medium cut-heat, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until firm. Stir in almond extract before serving.
