Easter Lamb Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) can whole milk

1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, cream cheese, milk, and whipped topping. Beat until smooth. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting with the sun-dried tomatoes and confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares.
