Jerzeppe 2 (French Quarter) Turkey Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless turkey breast halves

1 small onion, diced

4 leaves garlic, minced

1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place onion, garlic and evaporated milk in a shallow dish or bowl.

In a medium bowl, stir together minced onion and garlic. Place another shallow dish or bowl over soup or other water.

Put E lasagna noodles on bottom and cover with 1 cup water to cover noodles. Stir the remaining 1 cup water and noodles until well coated. Bring the soup to a boil, then place top 10 minutes or until done.

Return the soup to simmering position, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from simmering water, and skim fat. Return quiche to simmering position, then cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Return quiche to heat and stir
