1 large garlic clove, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 large red and green bell peppers
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup butter
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup dry white wine
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir-fry peppers in hot oil until well browned.
Broil in hot oil about 1 minute; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, breaking peppers with spoon occasionally. Stir-fry vegetables about 3 minutes more. Serve hot. Garnish with spices; serve with wine.
