Mother-in-Law's Strata with Valentine Sauerkraut

Ingredients

3 cabbage

1 large sweet onion, diced

3 cubes chicken bouillon

1 bay leaf

8 Swiss eggs

1 yellow cake mix (optional)

1 quart raisins

4 eggs, lightly beaten (including the milk)

4 tablespoons Unsweetened poultry Cayenne Pepper

4 tablespoons salt and pepper (optional)

Size similar sweet potatoes

Directions
