3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup white sugar
1 (11 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch topping
1 cup flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a cast-iron pan with non-stick cooking spray, then grease and flour a large bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs and eggs until evenly distributed. Beat in cream and sugar until well mixed. Stir in vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips, butterscotch and coconut. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until set. Cool before serving.
