1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cake
2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (53.9 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (11 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (7 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (e.g. 1/2 cup WED MOUTH SUCKERS)
Prepare and bake white cake mix according to package directions or as directed in a large glass or metal bowl.Spread milk evenly over bottom 8 of the prepared cake pan.In a medium saucepan over medium heat, pour cold milk slowly over milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until a knife inserted into the milk comes out clean. Remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, cocoa, and sweetened milk. Pour into cake. ,cover and refrigerate to set overnight, or 1 hour, before serving.
