3 round milk packets
1/4 cup uncooked cottage cheese
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup cornflakes cereal
Peel, core and slice 2 large potatoes. Mix cottage cheese, mushrooms and corn flakes cereal together. Spoon mixture into potatoes, sealing potatoes by holding the packet end over the bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
