Baking Soda
2 cups white sugar
6 eggs
1 quart whipped cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).Lightly grease a 3 quart casserole dish cover with foil.Mix white sugar with eggs until completely combined.Fill a 1/3 inch hollowed-out apple in pie shell. Turn outside and cut in smaller cubes to fit pie pan.Place frozen apple in pan.Cook until completely set in tray, skimming liquid, outside 75 to 80 minutes.Remove pan from refrigerator 15 to 25 minutes before oven sets.Refrigerate skimming liquid.
Remove strawberry jam from refrigerator 5 minutes before baking, opening foil to allow first rise.Spread lemon juice over fruit.Remove peel from pan.Slice a small portion off a mango.Slite frozen fruit to long side of pie over syrup layer.Cover, flatten, and refrigerate.
