1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and saute for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn.
Throw carrot and zucchini into lemon-lime soda and heat to desired heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently; allow to heat through.
