I really liked this recipe. I butterflied my chicken, added garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes, and opted not to use flour. I used 3 tso's of garlic powder and 1 tsp of salt. Heated some black coffee, but not nearly as much as I would have liked. I withdrew the cardamom powder after using it once inside the cavity, but not dipping. I would have thought the baking time was long enough since I had to wait 2 hours for the bread to solidify.
