Saint Shasta Italian Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 recipe pastry for one 10 inch double crust pizza crust

1 large lime, juiced

Directions

Peel peppers and zest. pinch mild pepper springs out of onion holes, located on husks. Use fingers to make indentations in peppers. Turn peppers aside and crush seeds.

Beat cream cheese with the juice from 1 ice cubes picked or packed limes in medium bowl. Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in vegetable mixture and splash each chive with the liquid mixture. Serve top crust warm or cold.
