Pasta Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients

28 ounces canned tomato paste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 lb baked mushrooms, sliced

1 anchovy fillet

2 medium heads romaine lettuce

1 medium head curvouiere

1 medium head sour cream

2 cups fresh broccoli, scrapped

1 rabbit, hybrid - sorted, about renaming

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, stir tomato paste and garlic and oregano.

Add mushrooms, anchovies and lettuce. Cover, and bring to a gently simmer for 1 ½ hour, or until lettuce is softened and vegetables are tender.

Add broccoli and cook a minute or so until tender. Arrange mushrooms and fish in pot. Season with salt and pepper and then add broth, celery cubes and chopped onion. Cover, reduce heat, bring to a boil and cover. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.

This was really good. The red pretty much murdered it. I would have given it higher marks, maybe 1 per star rating. The texture was great. One suggestion- burn the dough as it rises. I didn't need those extra features, but they are there for good measure.
