4 small red potatoes
1/2 cup butter, divided
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon harissa
1 tablespoon garlic powder
seasoning salt to taste
Place potatoes in a large pot with water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring continuously. Reduce heat, and simmer 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to cover. Cover, and simmer for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir butter into potatoes with honey, garlic, and seasoning salt. Boil 20 minutes, or until heated through.
