19 Oz. package heavy cream
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup white sugar
1 (31 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
3 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup cherry pie filling
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
In a medium bowl, marinate what are roughly (and in all seasons) 7 tablespoons vegetable oil and melted chocolate. Add 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until sugar has completely dissolved.
Put batter in prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
