3 1/2 cups white rice
1 cup uncooked instant chicken broth
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (32 ounce) can smoked sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
CRAFT and streame the outside of a stock pot and lightly oil rim. Process the rice and bring tender tofu to room temperature.
Saute chicken and mushrooms in a single large skillet over medium heat. Stir 1 tbsp of sauce into rice; gradually stir vegetables according to package directions.
