Tropical Fruit Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients

2 orange rings

1 banana

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Place the orange rings in a medium bowl, cover the pan with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove the plastic wrap, and punch holes in the orange rings. Using a metal spatula, poke holes in each orange peel, delineating approximately 1/2 inch into the center of each ring. Using your fingers, poke holes in each fruit peel, placing 2 fingers into each hole.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, evaporated milk, lemon extract, and vanilla. Beat in sour cream. Spread over orange peel.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Notes:

Remove orange peel, and cut into 1 inch slices. Combine sugar and vanilla extract in small bowl. Pour mixture into orange peel slices. Cool completely.

To serve, stir together cream cheese mixture, tomato sauce, sugar, and whipped topping. Serve warm.
