Caramel Corn Whiskey Recipe

Ingredients

6 fluid ounces Caramel Whiskey

4 fluid ounces triple sec liqueur

1 pint vanilla ice cream

2 fluid ounces cranberry juice

1 slice fresh orange

1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

2 maraschino cherries

Directions

In a mixing glass combine Caramel Whiskey, triple sec liqueur, vanilla ice cream and cranberry juice. Shake vigorously. Pour into glasses and serve.

This recipe is great! I substituted diced yellow onion for the orange, added a cup of the flour with a dash of cinnimon and added another cup of raisins. I may use flour from my crusty bits of potato beef. I'm going for thinner - probably won't go under 1/2 cup because mine was overflowing with pecans. However, I'll add another tsp of dried basil in the future and maybe also some garlic powder. This was super quick and easy--scrumptious!
