1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs, beaten
2 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can chopped water chestnuts, drained
1 cup white wine
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger grapefruit juice
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, margarine, eggs, mushrooms, water chestnuts and white wine. Mix well and roll into small (6 ounce) rolls.
