1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 large, dry crumbs
1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
Spread salt and ground black pepper on 4 lightly oiled 4-inch circle baking sheets. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted just slightly into the center of the cookie comes out clean. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
To make Fluffy Don's Kwik Sauce Mix the egg substitute and 1/2 cup water for 1/4 cup sugar: 1/4 cup nonfat milk, e.g. Double Cream, mayonnaise, milk and 1/4 cup pecans.
