1 (1 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
2 fluid ounces black olives
1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 can sliced peaches with juice
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
In a medium mixing bowl, mix lemon flavored gelatin, black olives, and artichoke hearts. Pour mixture into the mixing bowl. Stirring constantly, mix in sour cream. Chill until firm. Serve in ice cream shapes, filled or empty.
