18 kolmi (large) potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup chopped cooked chicken

1 cup water

2 tablespoons hot salt

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 cup dry coated coconut

1 (28 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tomatoes, chopped

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken

1/2 cup water

3 1/2 pounds mushrooms

2 cups cauliflower florets

1 clove garlic, peeled

6 leaves lettuce - torn, washed, dried, and chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

3 green onions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

3 mushrooms, sliced

1 large tomato, diced

1 large green bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup water

2 tomatoes, diced

1/2 teaspoon oil

1/4 teaspoon ground garam masala

1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

2 plum tomatoes

1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, softened

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup fresh chopped spinach

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the oil, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, and tomato. Mix well. Toss the mixture with the water. Stir in tomatoes and a little bit of the garam masala. Let the mixture simmer for an hour.

Meanwhile, put the potatoes in a large pot and saute until soft, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the potatoes with a slotted spoon; drain. Stir in the flour mixture, cornstarch and salt. Stir in tomato, onion, garam masala, and crumbled feta. Cook, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained when they were all gone but I really think he liked them :) Will make again for sure.
