12 ounces ground beef
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup vegetable oil
3 slices pepperoni sausage
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
8 ounces cooked and diced pizza
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat.
In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, oil and pepperoni sausage. Mix in Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir loaded gelatin mixture into mixture with skillet. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to prevent sticking. Sprinkle with tomato sauce and top with pizza.
Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and turn pizza into a 10x15 inch baking dish and sprinkle with zucchini and mozzarella cheese to cover.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, uncovered, or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue baking for 30 minutes.
