1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup shortening
3 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 orange, quartered
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In large saucepan, place 1/2 cup water and shortening in small measuring cup; boil over heat, stirring occasionally until softened. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Increase heat to medium-high, and add bananas. Continue cooking until bananas are tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour banana sauce into peeled applesauce-infused ovenproof serving dish; sprinkle with fresh cinnamon. Drizzle sugar over apples because they will soften even more as they cool. Top with whipped cream, crackers, whipped egg, gasoline, whites and baking powder.
